Project work will include The project is for the construction of raised crosswalks at the intersections of 106th St & Towne Rd, 116th St & Towne Rd, 126th St & Towne Rd, Glebe St & Towne Rd, 131 St & Towne Rd, 136 St & Towne Rd and 141 St & Towne Rd in Carmel, IN. The project consists of installing storm sewers, new full depth asphalt pavement, milling and overlay asphalt pavement, curbs, raised crosswalks, concrete sidewalks, RRFBs and lighting.. Question Submission Deadline:May 29, 2025, 5:00pm All bids and proposals shall be properly and completely executed on the proposal forms provided with the plans and specifications, which will include the non-collusion affidavit as required by the State of Indiana. A bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each bid. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond will also be required of the successful bidder. It is intended that actual construction of all work divisions shall be started as soon as practicable, and each bidder shall be prepared to enter promptly into a construction contract, furnish a performance bond, and begin work without delay in the event the award is made to him.
