Renovation of a mixed-use development in Carmel, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Project work will include Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation ("CCPR") is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors with substantial experience in Commercial Pool Resurfacing. Project is located at the Monon Community Center, 1195 Central Park Dr W, Carmel, IN 46032.. The services requested consist of the resurfacing of two (2) indoor pools located in the Monon Center (lap pool is approximately 4,145 sq. ft. and activity pool is approximately 3,290 sq. ft.) using exposed aggregate product (quartz or equivalent). Question Submission Deadline: June 3, 2025, 2:00 pm Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the portal via Online. A bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each bid. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond will also be required of the successful bidder. It is intended that actual construction of all work divisions shall be started as soon as practicable, and each bidder shall be prepared to enter promptly into a construction contract, furnish a performance bond, and begin work without delay in the event the award is made to him. The City of Carmel reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all bids, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part as specified in the solicitations when it is not in the best interests of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2.
