Site work for a mixed-use development in Carmel, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
This request is for Removal of existing school zone signs and installation of new solar powered signs including foundations, poles, flashing lights, signs, wireless connectivity and radar feedback signs.. Questions Deadline: August 29, 2025, 2:00pm. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to online. No quoter may withdraw any quote within a period of thirty (30) days following the date set for receiving quotes. The City of Carmel reserves the right to hold any or all quotes for a period of not more than thirty (30) days and said quotes shall remain in full force and effect during said period. The City of Carmel reserves the right to reject all quotes or cancel this solicitation in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interests of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quoter. Project Overview _ Scope: Install 29 new flashing school signal units, 6 foundations, with 6 optional locations _ Materials supplied by RTC Manufacturing Inc. _ Contractor responsible for installation, relocation, disposal of old equipment, and coordination with utilities _ Software/communications handled separately by RTC
