Site work and paving for a civil project in Carmel, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Carmel Hazardous Household Waste Repaving. All finished paving shall be installed uniformly and installed for proper drainage. Remove & Replace: Areas of asphalt deterioration and/or gravel (areas shown on map): A. Saw cut the perimeter as required and excavate area to a depth of 4 inches, removing spoils from the site and roll existing subgrade for proper compaction. B. Apply liquid tack material as needed for proper adhesion to existing asphalt. C. Furnish and install HMA hot asphalt binder material over stone and compact as required. D. Furnish and install HMA hot asphalt surface material over binder and compact as required to match existing asphalt grading. E. Maintain and/or correct any areas required for proper drainage. F. Reference attached Remove & Replace arial map for locations. 2" Mill & Resurface: G. Mill pavement area to a depth of 2 inches, removing spoils and millings from the site. H. Clean existing asphalt area before pavement installation. 1. Apply liquid tack material as needed for proper adhesion to existing asphalt. J. Furnish and install HMA hot asphalt surface material and compact as required to match existing asphalt grading. K. Maintain and/or correct any areas required for proper drainage. L. Reference attached Mill & Resurface arial map for locations. No quoter may withdraw any quote within a period of thirty (30) days following the date set for receiving quotes. The City of Carmel reserves the right to hold any or all quotes for a period of not more than thirty (30) days and said quotes shall remain in full force and effect during said period. The City of Carmel reserves the right to reject all quotes or cancel this solicitation in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interests of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2.
