Renovation of a library in Carmel, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Project consists of Installation of new parapet wall, replacement of South windows, replacement of circulation desk, selected floor replacement, installation of owner provided book locker (exterior), installation of two (2) new roof-top air heating/conditioning units and other work indicated on the construction documents. Construction Contract: 1. Unified/Prime Contract: a. General Construction b. Mechanical c. Electrical d. Plumbing e. Fire Protection Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project Location: 12770 Horseferry Road, Carmel, Indiana 46032. Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work by November 21, 2025. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $1.3 million.
