As of July 09, 2025, the project was awarded to Len Honcoop Gravel, Inc, with an awarded amount of $2,678,926.65.** This contract provides for improvements to Bradley Rd. from Eastwood Way to Line Rd. The work to be performed under this contract shall include installation of curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage, water main, roadway widening, grinding and pre-level, HMA overlay, planting, restoration, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, and Standard Plans. All materials, equipment, labor, and other miscellaneous items required to complete the work shall be furnished by the contractor unless otherwise noted on the Contract Plans. All work performed on this project will be subject to state prevailing wage rates. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond and payment bond both in an amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Lynden. All bidders and subcontractors shall have a contractor's license to work in the State of Washington and a City of Lynden Business License.
