The City of Newark, Department of Engineering and Department of Recreation, Cultural Affairs and Senior Services, is seeking for a Design Professional to provide preliminary design services for a Master Plan for the redevelopment of the exiting Boylan Street Recreation Center. The existing site consist of a facility of approximately 14,500 square feet, a 14 lane swimming pool, a wading pool, two basketball courts, a playground and parking lot. The overall site is approximately 2.3 acres, which also includes circulation, pool deck areas and outdoor sitting areas. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
