City of Forest Grove (City), or Egon, is Issuing a Request for Pro-posals (Rfp) From Qualified Firms or Individuals (Proposer) With Demon-strated Experience in Professional Engineering Services for Preliminary Survey and Design, Design, Bid Doc-ument Preparation, and Construction Support of a Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Project as Defined in the Request for Proposals. To Be Consid-ered, Interested Parties Must Submit Their Proposals in Accordance With the Requirements Set Forth in the Rfp. The Rfp Will Be Used to Select the Proposer to Provide Professional en-gineering Services Required to Com-plete Professional Engineering Ser-vices Which Generally Includes and at the Same Time Are Not Limited to What Has Been Described in Section 3 of the Rfp.
