Site work and new construction of a power facility in Forest Grove, Oregon. Working plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade power facility.
As of January 5, 2025, project is cancelled. The City will reproduce a new RFP for the design portion but no definite date yet. The City of Forest Grove is requesting proposals from qualified solar array firms (consultants) for the provision of solar array design and construction services. Interested parties must submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP will be used to select the proposer to provide solar array design and construction services required to complete professional services, which generally includes, but is not limited to, the services described in Section 3 of the RFP. Responses will be reviewed, scored, and ranked according to the evaluation criteria and process defined in the RFP. The most qualified firm as determined through this process will be selected for contract negotiations. Proposals must be uploaded electronically and hard copy proposals will not be considered. Late proposals will not be considered. The City may reject any response not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements, and may reject any or all responses in whole or in part when cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City.
