The City of Forest Grove invites proposals from qualified companies to provide tree removal and other tree care and maintenance services citywide. The selected firm will also be responsible for responding to the City's emergency tree issues and must be able to respond after hours and on weekends if needed. The services will be provided on an 'on-call' basis, with specific times and locations defined by the City in individual job orders during the contract term. The contract period will be two years from execution, with an option to renew for one additional year by mutual agreement. There is no guarantee of a specific amount of service work to be requested. Proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late submissions will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.
