As of May 27th, 2025, this project is on hold. A timeline for bidding has not been established. The project consists of replacing the existing garage door with one (1) Clopay Model 4050 Classic Short 9'x7' door or an approved equivalent, wall panel replacement including the removal of 40 feet by 10 feet paneling, installation of new drywall, and updating all electrical outlets and plugs to meet current code within the Community Building Council Chambers. The project will also include ceiling work involving the removal and replacement of suspended ceiling tiles, repairing the current lighting system by replacing ten (10) existing fixtures with energyefficient LED fixtures, and installing lighting occupancy sensors throughout council chambers to improve energy efficiency. 1. Replacement of Existing garage door 1 Clopay Model 4050 classic short 9'x 7' or approved equivalent. 2. Remove 40'x 10' of Paneling and replace with Drywall. Including all electrical outlets and plugs 3. Suspended Ceiling tile removal and replacement. 4. Update all electrical outlets and plugs to meet current code 5. Light fixture removal and replacement. (10) LED Light fixtures 6. Install Occupancy light sensors. 7. Paint entire council chambers. Including Ceiling grid 8. Install Luxury vinyl flooring and Millwork Contoured Cove Base (Borough to pick color and size of planks and Cove Base) Approximate size of Chambers 40'x 30' Millwork Contoured Cove Base.
