Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Murrieta, California. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Summary of Work: The Viscar Terrace Apartments will consist of four three-story Type V buildings and one four-story Type V building. On the 5.74 acre site, there will be 172 affordable housing units ranging in size from 607sq. ft. to 1,256 sq. ft. as well as a club/leasing amenity area and surface parking lot for future residents. Prequalification/Requirements: The bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professionals Code and be licensed in the applicable classifications for the trades for which the contractor is submitting a bid and must be registered as a Public Works Contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations. Bidders shall be able to procure subcontractor bonds for their respective portions of the work. The owner/developer shall provide an OCIP coverage for the project and all bidders shall be prepared to itemize their required project insurance in their proposals. The bidder represents and warrants that all subcontractors sub-subcontractors always be properly licensed and registered during performance of the Contract.
