Renovation of an educational facility in Saratoga, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of July 9,2025, the project was awarded to Weatherproofing Technologies Inc., with an awarded amount of $35,891.87.** This project consists of the replacement of the existing modified bitumen roofing on building X00 with Tremco KEE FB single ply materials, at Saratoga High School. We are looking to begin and complete this replacement as soon as possible. If the cost of the project exceeds $25,000, it will trigger the requirement of a CUPCCAA contract and Performance bond provision. As we are a public entity, prevailing wage must be factored into this quote. Any questions arising from this walk must be submitted via email to Toby Mockler, Director FMOT, tmockler@lgsuhsd.org by 12pm Monday May 26th, 2025. All responses will be given by Tuesday 9am Monday May 27 th , and will be sent to all contractors who attended the site walk.
