Site Directions: Along the East side of Redbud Rd between 322nd St and 327th St in Section 9, Township 1 South, Range 18 East, Brown County, Kansas on the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska Reservation. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 15, 2025 The contractor is to furnish materials and construct a backup water connection for the Iowa Tribe Water System to the Brown County Rural Water District #2. This will include the construction of approximately 2,459 feet of 4-inch PVC & HDPE water main, 50 feet of DI water main, valves, fittings, one post hydrant, and one ditch bore. Additionally, this will include grading and construction of a concrete pad, gravel driveway and water main connections for a package duplex booster pump station. The package booster pump station will be designed and constructed by others. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining the services of a Registered Professional Engineer for the design of the concrete pad for the pump station. Also, the contractor will make all water line connections to the package booster pump station and existing water systems.
