It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded by the South Milwaukee Common Council by June 17, 2025 and the work under this contract shall be complete by October 31, 2025. The Rawson Elementary improvements shall be completed between June 16 - August 31, 2025. The City of South Milwaukee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consent of the City of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for closing bids.
