Approximately 1,300 feet of 12" cast iron will be retired in place and 1,800 feet of 12" cast iron will be removed. This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. Anticipated Start Date:on or Before June 23, 2025 Completion Deadline: February 20, 2026 Range for Engineer's Estimate: $2,184,300 - $2,669,700 TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all non-conforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. Installation of approximately 2,745 LF 12-in restrained joint and poly wrapped ductile iron pipe. 2. Installation of approximately 456 LF 6-in restrained joint and poly wrapped ductile iron pipe. 3. Installation of approximately 20 LF 8-in restrained joint and poly wrapped ductile iron pipe. 4. Approximately 40 service tie-overs to the new main. 5. Grout filling/retire in place of approximately 1,072 LF 12-in cast iron pipe. 6. Removal of approximately 2,045 LF 12-in cast iron pipe. C. The Work is located at the following location(s): 1. City of Sparks, Washoe County, Nevada, generally in the area of Pyramid Way between Prater Way and Nugget Ave. The work is contained within streets and public right-of way owned by NDOT and the City of Sparks.
