The City of Clifton is prohibited from opening bids/RFP on Mondays or any day directly following a State or Federal holiday, according to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4(a) and 40A:11-23 et seq. No proposals shall be accepted by the City of Clifton after the above designated date and time, and the City of Clifton will not assume responsibility for bids to be delivered by mail, private carrier service, delivery service, nor any other conveyance. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq, the City of Clifton is soliciting a Fair and Open Proposal for As Mentioned in above Title during calendar year 2025-2026.
