This contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to complete facility alterations to Clifton Police Dept The general contractor will be responsible for overseeing and performing the following tasks: Demolition of interior masonry partitions. Erection of drywall and metal stud partitions and installation of flooring, ceiling systems, painting and other interior finishes. Modifications to the existing plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. General Contractor shall ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations and safety standards. This project requires experienced general contractors who are capable of working during active portions of the building and having the flexibility to work with employee schedules. Contractors must demonstrate the experience in Municipal public works projects and the ability to meet the project schedule and deadlines.
