As of February 6, 2026, a shortlist of prospective firms has been released. A timeline for the next Request for Proposal (RFP) has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. All inquiries and requests for clarifications regarding this Request for Qualification shall be submitted in the space provided in the electronic bidding file. Any attachments, supporting documentations, and/or red-line edits to the provided documents, emailed to the contract specialist identified in the RFQ Instructions. Reference the applicable RFQ section, document, and page number for each question. Refrain from including your firm's name in the text of the question submitted. ANY RESPONSE NJ TRANSIT MAY CHOOSE TO MAKE, WILL BE BY A WRITTEN ADDENDUM TO THE RFQ. All such Addenda will be posted prior to the RFQ submission deadline in "Section 3" of the electronic bidding file. Prospective Respondents are required to acknowledge receipt of all Addenda by signing the "Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda" form included in the package.
