Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pevely, Missouri. Design plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of October 30, 2025, this project is in design. Information regarding the method of general contractor selection is unavailable. A firm construction timeline has not been established. The Scope of Work includes construction of a new facility, access drive, sidewalk, parking and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Pevely anticipates issuing a notice to proceed in June 2025. The Owner Intends to Award the Contract to the Most Responsive, Responsible Bidder Submitting the Lowest Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and To Waive Any Irregularities in the Best Interest of the Owner. The City of Pevely hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
