Description

Site work for a religious / funeral development in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.

The Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe (YPIT) is requesting proposals from qualified licensed Contractors to provide construction services required for the expansion of the existing Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe cemetery with the addition of an approximate 2.9 acres of new cemetery area. Work includes excavation, grading, backfill, paving, import fill material, drainage, retaining wall construction, construction of a columbarium structure, concrete work, and associated construction activities. Bidders shall quantify their own required linear distances, fill quantities, and square footages. Selection will be made based upon a combination of qualifications and price.
