Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bensenville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of the resurfacing and rehabilitation of the Metra Station parking lot in the City of Wood Dale. Items of work include pavement surface removal, hot-mix asphalt paving, utility structure adjustments, intermittent combination concrete curb and gutter replacement, gutter removal, sidewalk replacement, thermoplastic pavement markings, traffic control and protection, final restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the Plans and described herein.
