**As of June 30 ,2025 project is award to Premier Tile and Stone in the amount of $67,883.23. The materials have been procured by others and they will be delivered to the jobsite. The scope of work includes labor for accepting and offloading the delivery of the materials at the jobsite, preparation of the concrete substrate and walls to accept the new materials, all setting materials, grouting and caulking required. T The last day for bidder's questions will be Monday June 16th, 2025, at 05:00 p.m. These works will be contracted by the School District directly. Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid is required from all Bidders. No other forms of Bid Security will be accepted. Guarantee Bonds in the form of a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid will be required from the awarded Bidder. The Board of Education of Fenton High School District 100 and Gilbane Building Company reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
