Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Bensenville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
This work will be awarded shortly after the bid date with enabling work and pre-assembly to begin as soon as possible. All final tie-in work will be performed on a Saturday/Sunday (if needed) as the service to the building will need to be shut down. These works will be contracted by the School District directly. Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid is required from all Bidders. No other forms of Bid Security will be accepted. Guarantee Bonds in the form of a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid will be required from the awarded Bidder. The work will be done in accordance with the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 07/14/2025 at 5:00 PM CT The last day for bidder's questions will be Monday, July 14, 2025, at 05:00 p.m. The Board of Education of Fenton High School District 100 and Gilbane Building Company reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
