**As of June 26,2025, the project was awarded to Victory Enterprises, with an awarded amount of $13,126.00.** Project Overview: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to crack seal and sealcoat the existing asphalt parking areas of the MSB Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Building. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to accomplish the work described herein and in compliance with the terms of the contract. Questions Due Date: May 20th 2025, 5:00 PM AKDT. Online Portal Scope of Work: Work shall consist of furnishing and applying an asphalt crack sealer and sealcoating material to the designated parking lot in accordance with manufacture specifications. All manufacture specifications for cleaning, weed removal, spot treatment, and surface preparation must be adhered to as recommended.
