The work will include but is not limited to the installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of eight-inch (8") DIP potable water mains on Barnegat Ave (between Sampson Ave and Carteret Ave) and Carteret Ave. (between Barnegat Ave. and Central Ave The right is reserved to waive any informalities, to accept bids which it deems most favorable to the interest of the Borough to make an award on each item separately or as a whole and to accept any Bid or to reject any or all Proposals in accordance with the Specifications and the Bid forms. This project is subject to both Davis Bacon wage rate requirements and New Jersey Prevailing wage rate requirements.
