New Bath House Building :- Scope of work includes construction of a New Bath House Building and all related site construction. The building consists of a one (1) story, 2,065 SF on wood pile foundation system and wood framed structure. This work to include all Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil Engineered Site work shown on the construction documents and specifications . Project Location:Ocean Terrace between Carteret & Sampson Avenue in Seaside Heights, Ocean County, NJ Bidder Questions Must Be Received by September 9, 2025, and a Response to Bidder Questions Addendum if Required Will Be Issued on September 11, 2025. The Borough of Seaside Heights reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Borough of Seaside Heights. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Borough of Seaside Heights in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 of the amount bid. The award shall further be subjected to the securing of necessary State, Federal or Local permits governing the work. Under N.J.A.C. 7:1-5, vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified are excluded from participation on this project.
