**As of August 25, 2025, the project was awarded to BROTHERS EOSSO PAVING, LLC, but the awarded amount is not available.** The Base Bid for the Seaside Heights Basketball Court Improvements Project shall include, but not be limited to, the following work: Removal of four (4) existing basketball hoops and any concrete footings; installation of two (2) new gooseneck basketball hoops and four (4) pickleball nets with posts; milling, 3" overlay, painting, and striping of the 1,900 S.Y. court surface. The entire court surface shall be painted & striped for one (1) basketball court and four (4) pickleball courts. A supplemental bid shall include the following work: Removal and replacement of 525 linear feet of 6- foot-tall chain link fence; and installation of two fence gates. This project covers all associated labor, materials, equipment, and the disposal of existing fences and materials necessary and incidental thereto. Each Bid must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of each Contract Bid, not to exceed $20,000.
