SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services for this project include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Review the Wastewater Facility Plan and ensure that it meets the city's long-term goals and needs. 2. Review the current 60% design of the Water Resource Recovery Facility and make recommendations as to possible improvements which can be implemented. 3. Review the conditions at the existing Northeast Wastewater Treatment Facility and make recommendations as to the health of the facility and make recommendations as to what steps should be taken to ensure the plant remains operational and meets DNR standards in the long-term. 4. Provide a written report of the findings of all of the items reviewed as a part of the services.
