**As of July 15, 2025, the project was awarded to Louisville Paving Company Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,534.893.41.** This project consists of installing approximately 6,000 linear feet of 16-inch water main, fire hydrants, valves and other appurtenances along International Drive in the Jeffersonville end of the River Ridge Commerce Center in Clark County, Indiana. The work shall be substantially completed by October 31, 2025, Substantially complete shall mean that all water main, valves, hydrants, etc. have been installed, disturbed areas have been restored, all required testing on the water main has been completed and the water main is ready to be placed into service. All work shall be 100% complete including site cleanup, punch-list items, etc. on or before November 21, 2025. All requests shall be directed to bidding@riverridgecc.com
