Site work for a water / sewer project in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of 16 water main and fittings, valves, fire hydrants, and grading and site work to improve a potential development site and two exiting stormwater detention basins in the Jeffersonville end of the River Ridge Commerce Center in Clark County, Indiana. There shall be an intermediate completion date of December 12, 2025. Work completed by the intermediately completion date shall include (i) installation of all water main, valves, hydrants, and associated appurtenances, (ii) all required testing of the water main, (iii) placing the water main into service, (iv) installation of all storm pipes, manholes and other structures, and (v) temporary restoration of all disturbed areas. The work shall be substantially complete by April 30, 2026. Substantially complete shall mean that all remaining grading and site work is complete and permanent restoration of all disturbed areas has occurred. All work shall be 100% complete including site cleanup, punch-list items, etc. on or before May 15, 2026
