The Work shall be substantially completed by April 30, 2025. Substantially complete shall mean that (i) all water main work shall be completed, tested, and placed into service, and (ii) all road work shall be completed and open to traffic through its final roadway surface, striping, and signing as shown in the contract documents, and (iii) permanent seeding and sodding is installed. All work shall be 100% complete including site cleanup, punch-list items, etc. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of the construction of approximately 1,500 linear feet of a new three-lane asphalt roadway with concrete curb and gutter, water main, underground storm drainage system, and installation of a large circular culvert pipe. This project is in the Charlestown side of the River Ridge Commerce Center in Clark County, Indiana. COMPLETION DATES: The project will have an Intermediate Completion date of November 21, 2025. Work completed at the intermediate completion shall include all (i) storm drainage, (ii) road work up to final surface and striping, (iii) and temporarily seeding. The Work shall be substantially completed by April 30, 2026.
