The Proposed Construction Consists of 1.5-inches of Milling of Existing Asphalt Surface, Istalling 1.5inches Of Hma Surface Type B Asphalt, for the Following Roads in Clark County Forrest Hill Circleelk Run Trail High Plain Passwapita Valley Way Honeysuckle Waymorning Glory Drive Fox Tail Circlegoldenrod Circle Buttercup Circlemariners Trail Old Stone Waywelsh Landing High Jackson Road (From Bethany Road to Jordan Drive) Gutford Road (From Blackiston Mill Road to 1412 Gutford Road 225 Feet South of Pensive Road Intersection). Each bid should submit a completed bid sheet for all materials and installation. Location maps for the various locations are provided. A written copy of the Bid Package is available at the Clark County Engineer's Office, located at 300 Corporate Dr. Suite 207, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. Proposals shall be properly and completely executed on the proposal form furnished to bidders. A certified check, bank draft, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Contractor awarded the work will be required to furnish an acceptable Surety Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Clark County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject and and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bids.
