Site work for a civil project in Alton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project consists of extending approximately 2, 250 LF of 6" force main, 365 LF of 15" PVC gravity sewer line with all appurtenances and electrical panel improvements to controls at the lift station located at North Trosper Blvd. and Mile 6.25 A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Alton or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Alton reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. In case of ambiguity or lack of clarity in stating prices in any bid, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof or to reject the bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Bids may be held by the City of Alton for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
