Question Deadline 05/30/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions must be submitted via SWA e-bidding software seven (7) calendar days prior to the proposal opening date. All questions will be answered and posted as an addendum in the electronic bid software. All changes in specifications will also be posted in the electronic bid software. All proposers are responsible for monitoring the electronic bid software for any changes or addendums. Any information obtained outside the procurement process, will NOT be considered in awarding of proposal. The SWA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. It further reserves the right to waive technicalities and formalities in proposals as well as to accept in whole or in part such proposals or proposals where it deems it advisable in protection of the best interests of the SWA.
