The City of Montesano is seeking submittals from engineering firms interested in providing planning services to the Public Works Department for a WWTP Facilities Plan. This work will be for approximately three years in duration with the option for the City of Montesano to extend it if necessary. The City of Montesano reserves the right to amend terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of preparing a WWTP Facility Plan in conformance with Washington State Department of Ecology Requirements. The planning work will generally include: Funding application development and assistance Preparation of a WWTP Facility Plan Preparation of a Groundwater Monitoring Study to support the WWTP Facility Plan. The City of Montesano reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm for any subsequent design and construction phases associated with this/this project. Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on criteria established in RFQ materials provided by the City.
