**As of May 09, 2025, the project was awarded to Granite Construction, with an awarded amount of $101,500.** The project includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to supply and placeapproximately 500 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). Related work includes grinding, shaping and compacting areas of theexisting surface, traffic control and protection and/or adjustment of castings. The City of Montesanoaccepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for addenda and/or whodo not acknowledge receipt of all addenda in the bid forms. All Proposals must be submitted on the Bid Form furnished withthe Contract Documents, and each Bid Form must be accompanied by a cashiers check, postal money order or surety bond,by a bonding company licensed to do business in the State of Washington, made payable to City of Montesano in an amountnot less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the time set for the openingthereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding 30 days.
