1. Remove existing 3-ton Carrier Gas Electric package unit that is currently located on the roof and replace it with a 3-ton Carrier Gas Electric package unit 14 SEER. 2. Use existing power wiring and disconnect boxes 3. Tie back into existing duct system 4. Use existing 7-day programmable thermostat control 5. Removal and disposal of existing equipment 6. Minimum warranty: 1-yr labor, 1-yr parts, 5-yr compressor, 5-yr heat exchanger Contractor is responsible for complying with all State and Federal laws. Contractor responsible for being OSHA compliant. Contractors will be responsible for all permits, debris removal, and must provide proof of business license and adequate insurance coverage before the contract is awarded.
