As of July 29, 2025 project was awarded to A Better Sign LLC in the amount of $115,503.20 Any questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Contract, Contract General Conditions,Instructions to Bidders, shall be directed in writing no later than June 11, 2025,at 12:00 p.m. to:George Allen, Public Works Director at gallen@americusga.gov or call 229-924- 4411; 260. The contractshall be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive qualified bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth herein. Scope of Work The contractor shall furnish and install all materials, labor, and equipment for: Landscaping, lighting and rendering of signs are required and must be included in bid. Bids without pricing for landscaping, lighting and rendering of signs will be rejected. 1. The fabrication and installation of four signs 2. Sign dimensions shall be 12W X 7H X 2D or close in measurement 3. Install new light fixtures with 50-watt LED Lights and ensure all lighting systems are in good working condition at each location 4. Install new landscaping matching the Walmart (East Lamar St & Felder St) location sign 5. New signs shall be a replica of existing signs located at: Lamar Street & Hwy 19 Intersection East Lamar Street & Felder Street 6. Signs shall be constructed on a concrete footer in accordance with the size and weight of signs to be constructed 7. Submit a rendering of proposed signs with bid.
