This project consists of 4,132 feet of pipeburst sewer rehabilitation in various areas of Corte Madera (Corte Madera Avenue, Morningside Drive, Koch Road, Baltimore Avenue, Taylor Lane, Pepper Avenue, Paradise Drive, Willow Avenue, Serra Street, Fifer Avenue, Lucky Drive, Tamal Vista Boulevard, Chapman Drive, Lupine Drive, Casa Buena / Meadow Valley, Fawn Lane, Key Largo, Seawolf Passage, and Park Place), rehabilitation of lower sewer laterals with final improvement restoration, and 1,313 feet of open cut 8.625 HDPE gravity sewer on Paradise Drive in Corte Madera. The goal is to replace and/or complete repairs for all identified defects, focusing on sections with the most severe structural issues (Category 5), reduce I&I, and improve the overall function of SD2's sewer system. Additionally, some sewer mains will be regraded to improve functionality and reduce cleaning and maintenance needs. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class "A" License at the time contract is awarded. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project. The certified check or bid bond shall be made payable to the Sanitary District No. 2. The Sanitary District No. 2 reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals or bids or portions thereof. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept only a portion of certain items of the bid or to waive informalities in the bid.
