Site work for a water / sewer project in Corte Madera, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
All technical and administrative questions shall be directed to Demetre Copeland at 628-253-1106 or dcopeland@cortemadera.gov. The work consists of installing new, repairing, or replacing storm drain pipes at various locations around Corte Madera. Work includes traffic control, dewatering, shoring, erosion control, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, hot mix asphalt restoration, pipe invert grouting, cured-in-place pipe liner, fold and form PVC liner, open trench pipe replacement, pipe bursting, rock slope protection, pavement markings, and minor concrete structures. The Contractor must possess a valid Class "A" License at the time the contract is awarded. Plans, Specifications, and Bid Forms must be downloaded from the Town of Corte Madera Website at least 72 hours prior to bid at no charge. All prospective bidders should check the project webpage within 48 hours prior to bid for any addenda, which will be posted at least 72 hours prior to bid. Contractors desiring notification of bid addenda should submit a request to be added to the project's prospective bidder list.
