Marin Municipal Water District (MMWD) is soliciting a Request for Qualifications from California registered/licensed architect and engineering firms to provide Owner Representative Services for the evaluation of rebuilding/rehabilitation of the Administration Building, Warehouse, and Water Quality Laboratory. Firms submitting proposals should have experience providing Owner Representative Services regarding rehabilitation and building construction to public agencies (counties, cities and special districts), and have an in depth understanding of California public contracting requirements, including the implementation of design-build and progressive design-build alternatives.
