Sealed bids are requested for On-Call Roads and Trails Maintenance 2025–2028, involving furnishing labor and equipment for the replacement of watershed culverts and general maintenance of approximately 100 miles of fire roads and 60 miles of hiking trails located near Bolinas-Fairfax Road and Sky Oaks Rd, in the Mt Tamalpais Watershed in Marin County, California. Bidders must possess a valid California A-General Engineering Contractor, C-61-Limited Specialty, or C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractor license at the time of contract award. Proposals must be for the complete job, using forms supplied with the contract specifications, and must include the entire specification booklet, a certified check, cash, cashier's check, or bid bond not less than ten percent of the bid total. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with Department of Industrial Relations registration requirements and prevailing wage laws. All insurance requirements must be verified prior to bidding. Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project title and contract number. Only bidders who purchase a complete bid set from BPX Printing will be considered responsive.
