Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Park Hills, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project site is located near South Arlington Rd. south of Dixie Hwy. and consists of the following work: 4,025 s.y. of mill & overlay, 230 s.y. of spot full-depth asphalt pavement replacement, and 55 l.f. of concrete curb and gutter replacement. Each bidder is required to submit with his proposal a bid bond or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Proposals must be signed and contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same. It is the intent of the City that this project be completed no later than October 31, 2025. The City of Park Hills, Kentucky reserves the right to accept any bid, the right to reject any and all bids, the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bids, and the right to negotiate with the bidder submitting the apparent lowest and best bid.
