The purpose of this bid is to establish a list of pre-qualified contractors for a variety of construction related projects, on an as needed basis. Work awarded under this Bid shall be divided into three (3) separate lots. Contractors may be awarded for multiple lots under this Bid. The Town of Eatonville requests interested parties to submit formal sealed bids/proposals for the above referenced ITB General Contracting Services Inquiry Deadline: May 30, 2025, 11:59 pm Contractor must be licensed as a General Contractor in the State of Florida in order to provide the services. Specialty licenses are required for any specialty work as required by Florida State. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations when performing any work under the resulting contract. The Contractor shall provide services as requested to Town of Eatonville CRA / Town facilities, inside and outside, based upon the hourly labor rate(s) and percentage rates for parts, and materials as stated in this Bid. The Contractor(s) shall cover all expenses incurred by the Contractor for providing all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, and materials (including but not limited to landfill fees associated with debris/trash removal, tool/equipment rental, etc.) needed to complete the work. All work over $5,000; The Town of Eatonville CRA shall require secondary quoting. The Town of Eatonville CRA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, accept any proposal or any combination of proposals or waive any minor irregularity or technicality in proposals received and may, at its sole discretion, request a re-proposal, when in its sole judgment, it will best serve public interest. Additional Governmental Agencies/Entities may utilize this contract upon suppliers' acceptance.
