As of October 2, 2025, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid. TOE CRA is seeking a qualified, licensed, and experienced general contractor for the construction of 4 new single-family homes. The project will be a spec homes of approximately 1800 square feet . The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of construction, including but not limited to: oSite preparation, including clearing and excavation. oFoundation work. oFraming of the structure, including walls, floor systems, and roof. oInstallation of all exterior finishes, including roofing, siding, windows, and doors. oInstallation of all interior finishes, including drywall, flooring, trim, and paint. oComplete installation of all rough-in and finish work for mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems. oCoordination and oversight of all subcontractors, suppliers, and materials. oAdherence to all local, state, and national building codes. oManagement of all required inspections and procurement of a Certificate of Occupancy. oFinal site cleanup and landscaping.
