Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Eatonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Bid proposals are solicited for Vereen Lift Station Improvements. The project consists of the demolition of existing lift station facilities and construction of a new duplex pump station, above ground valve assembly, electrical instrumentation and controls system, generator pad with diesel generator, 8-inch diameter gravity sewer, 4-inch PVC force main, one gravity sewer doghouse manhole, lining of existing gravity sewer manhole, and concrete flume as shown on the drawings and specified. The work is located along Vereen Drive within the Town of Eatonville. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and facsimile, telegraph, email, or unsealed bids will not be considered. Only registered holders of the solicitation package will receive addenda. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, or accept the bid that best serves the interest of the owner.
