Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Melrose Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The envelope shall be addressed to Mannheim School District 83 and shall carry the project name, the bidder's name and address and the bid package designation for which the bid is being submitted. A complete bid will include the bid form, bid bond, and signed non-collusion statement. All interested bidders must demonstrate previous experience with demolition & site work in State of Illinois schools in a confidential AIA 305 Statement of Qualifications Qualified bids must include a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond or certified check. The school district reserves the right to set aside a bid from a contractor who in the school district's opinion does not exhibit experience equal to the size and scope of this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The bidder may not withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
