This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Work Description: The work for this requirement is to rehabilitate bridge culvert no.3 at Km 384.7 of the Alaska Highway in British Columbia. General work to be performed under this contract consists of: 1. Removal and disposal of existing culvert materials and end walls. 2. CSP Culvert Liner supply and installation. 3. Grouting between CSP culvert liner and existing culvert. 4. SWSP culvert supply and installation with trenchless methods under the Alaska Highway. 5. Extension of SWSP culvert to beyond highway clear zone. 6. Substrate retaining plate installation in SWSP culvert. 7. Cast-in-place Culvert Concrete Collar End Treatment for SWSP and CSP culverts (inlet only). 8. Channel Excavation. 9. Highway widening to accommodate new concrete roadside barriers and flare, including embankment fill, road structure fill, asphalt cutting and milling, and asphalt paving. 10. Supply and placement of embankment fill and granular materials. 11. Supply and Installation of concrete roadside barriers. 12. Gabion supply and installation at inlet and outlets. 13. Placement of stream substrate in SWSP inlet and outlet channel. 14. Hydraulic seeding of disturbed embankment. 15. Permanent sediment and erosion control device.
