Award: Go Underground LLC - $2,664,905.67 The project estimate is 2,908,876.14 Notice is hereby given that the City of Harlingen, TX will receive competitive, sealed bids for: Bid No. 2025-06 5th and 7th Drainage Improvements Project A bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the bid must be submitted with each bid. This drainage improvement project is funded partially or in full through Legislative Pre Disaster Mitigation Program FY2024 funds. The City of Harlingen is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer. Preference will be given to Section 3 Business Concerns certified by the City. SBE, MBE, and WBE are encouraged to submit bids for this project. The City of Harlingen reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waivedefects and formalities or technicalities in such bids, to award the contract to the respondent which it considers has submitted the best and most advantageous bid, and to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking any action thereon.
